Trinity's Health course provides complete awareness of healthy living, and an inside look at the body and brain. Health class allows students to learn comprehensively about bone, muscle, and other parts of the body. Students will also learn how to apply these lessons to maximize everyday health and well-being. Students will learn how to read nutritional facts on food packages and learn how to decipher how much of an ingredient goes into that food, and what is good or bad. |
